I'm doing 2B Mindset and love it! Feel free to add as I am only now starting to track the food on here as well.

Insanity Max 30... Done. Back to 4:00 am workouts... now just need to stay awake the rest of the day!

I'm on my 2nd week of Max 30. Just added Ab Attack to the Cardio Challenge yesterday and thought my death was on the horizon ;) Seriously, the beachbody programs saved me as far as my motivation to exercise. LOVE it all!

I would be less concerned about bulking and more concerned about injury. I tried to lift too much too quickly and I messed my shoulder up so badly it has been a year and I can't do any lifting now. Just be careful.... ease into it if you haven't been training them as much as you said. Good luck!

I was 5 days in and for me, that is a HUGE victory. On Saturday my phone rang. One of my friends lost her husband unexpectedly and suddenly (we are only in our early 40's). My heart was aching for her while I tried to comprehend my life without my husband. As I sat on the couch with my husband by my side, we both had an…

Week 1 Start Weight: 152.8 Challenge Weight: 142 Current Weight: 151.5 Positive Thought: I feel my energy level increasing and anxiety level decreasing! Best snack/meal: Back on my veggie/fruit morning shakes. Actually enjoying them! Most effective workout: Love to run with my cheesy 80's tunes and in my own thoughts. Back…

Well, made it through my first Friday in too long to fathom without any wine. However, I did eat my weight in Chinese food :D Thank God for the treadmill as I was still under calorie goal. I missed the wine.... especially when my husband came home after having a couple happy hour beers on his train commute home. I drank my…

4 days in. Above all I am LOVING the sleep!!! It has been hard, though. I am on a second "snow day" with the kids and in literal below zero wind chills, a glass of red sounds amazing at the end of a day. Replacing it with herbal tea has not been bad at all, but I am still at the point of missing it a bit. Love reading the…

So I live in the northeast and a major snow storm is headed my way tonight. Usually, I am leaving work and hitting the liquor store in anticipation of a snow day tomorrow. Nothing sounds better than a hearty glass (or more) of red wine, sitting on the couch in my flannel pj's in front of a fire, knowing I will not have…

I am SO excited for this! Thank you!

Ignore that! In... thank you!

Please count me in? I tried to join, but have not been accepted. Thanks!

Finally reach my goal weight (130), alcohol only for events (after 30 days dry in January), getting my fitness back through running (my favorite exercise), less stress, better sleep, enjoy my children!
-
Thank you so much for starting this thread! My goal is to go a solid three weeks with no alcohol, but hoping that will be extended. I want to lose 20 pounds, but more than that, I need to be healthy for my young kids. For far too long, I have been using wine as my comfort. Bad day? have some wine! Good day? have some wine!…

Count me in please!!!

25 pound weight loss goal here! Add me! Starting fresh and ready to roll!

Long Island! Feel free to add! I'm looking for more friends as well!

Currently injured and sidelines on my exercises. Makes everything MUCH harder. Feel free to add!

Thanks. I thought so too! (And I am certainly NOT 90 lbs!). However, I was wrong. It is set to 80, but seems to have changed since yesterday? So strange! Still trying to figure this all out once and for all!
-
That is what I thought. Thanks for the feedback!

Also.. wine. Ok, not shocking. Just....... SO SAD! :'(

We think alike! I also put 1/2 in my shake... I give the rest to my son.

One banana. 100 calories. When my daily allowance is 1200, that is painful...

I know someone who is becoming a guru at "nutritional cleansing diet". (whatever that is).... I'm no expert on dieting, but the pictures of shakes and veggie meals that are posted on FB look miserable! I would not last a day! Good for you for fitting in a treat that is allowed by your daily intake! Sounds like you are…

I could go for weeks without anything sweet. But stick cheese/crackers/chips and anything salty in front of me... Add in some wine and It's over :p
-
One full week, no wine! Feel great and really enjoying being able to eat my calories and not "wasting" them. Not giving it up completely...... I'm just taking my work/family frustrations out on a treadmill instead of a wine bottle during the week.
-
I did the same thing for a long time. It turns out my goal of 1 lb/week with a 1200 calorie limit was too difficult for me (if people can do it, more power to them!). LOL! I lowered my goal to .5/week and it set my limit to 1400. I'm finding it much more manageable. That in addition to squeezing in more workouts, I feel a…

Mom of two boys (ages 9 and 6). I work in education from from 7-3 and then go to my second job as taxi, tutor, cook, maid, and referee (see two boys). My hubby works from about 7-8pm, so everything during the week lands on me. I am very rarely able to fit in a workout, but finding a bit of success using the 30 day shred…

Such a timely post for me! I've been on and off this site a long time. I just started back this week. One of my main promises to myself was "no more drinking"... the wine after a bad day at work was killing my goals, and I would give up. SO..... my last glass of wine was Saturday night. As I was just sitting at my desk on…

Thanks for the words! We can all relate. I look forward to this journey. May 1st weigh in. Ready to roll!
