1. "Clean" eating, when most people cannot even describe that accurately. 2. No carbs, no dairy, no sugar, etc. I personally will not sustain that. More power to you if you can.... 3. No eating after 6:00 (or any specific time) 4. Shakeology.... If I see one more most on my facebook about that I may explode.

That I shouldn't drink alcohol if I want to lose weight. Frankly, skinny and miserable ain't ideal either ;)
-
Thank you. I changed it. I figure it is the best option so I do not fail again. I can't wait to get home from work to ice it!
-
Feel free to add me! I'm back at it myself :)
-
I just started here again. My "cleanse" is eating well, exercise, and lemon water. :)
-
I'm with you. Started fresh again today. Feel free to add. As with anything, the beginning can be hard. Just need to pwer through!!!!

Add away!! I'm loving the motivation and feedback. I will send out a request to OP.

Thanks. I think I was skimping on the cost of the shoe. BIG mistake that I will never make again. I think I tend to wear thicker socks, so I'll try thinner. I also heard moisturizer on the foot will prevent the friction? Talc seems like it makes more sense, though. Thanks for the help. As you can see, I am relatively new…

It was a moment of weak embarassment. I was ashamed to come back AGAIN and say "I'm back AGAIN!". It has basically been quite a few times. I certainly don't blame anyone that I was friends with... actually there were a lot of great motivating people there. I got into a momentary phase of "I can do this by myself...."…

HA! I should do this, but I turn 40 this August, so I don't think that's happening! .... I'll save the calories elsewhere this month. Great idea, though!

Thanks everyone! And thank you for the quick friend requests. The words of wisdom and motivation mean everything to me!

Ok, ok, you win. But only due to the Princess Bride reference  I get your point.

Does anyone else find it ironic that many people are taking the "who needs strangers as friends" belief, but yet they are carrying on a full blown panel discussion ... on a forum? with strangers?

I usually get about 6 hours a night. Most days I'm fine, but some days I feel like I can fall asleep at my desk at work.
-
Realistically 4 days a week. I have to use a babysitter so otherwise the time and money will do me in  I think as lot of these answers will depend on your actual goals. Does someone want to "bulk up", lose weight, tone, etc. I am 1/2 marathon training, but also looking to lose weight. My typical schedule is: Monday:…

The best time of the day is somewhere between 12:00 am and 11:59 pm  Honestly... Whenever you can fit it in.

Thank you! That was a very helpful link! I am running the Long Island Hamptons 1/2 Marathon in September. Nervous, but very excited!
-
Cheese, salty snacks, WINE! As far as how to avoid? Daily struggle. Some days I do, some days I don't. I just try to make the "avoid" days more often
-
Thanks everyone! I really appreciate the input!

I swapped soda for naturally flavored seltzers. I have come to find it much more refreshing! Best of luck!
-
You do what works for you. Others do what works for them. As long as it works, who cares?
-
Me  My first 1/2 marathon in September. I am petrified, but excited! Sending a friend request!

Thanks! That is very helpful. I consider myself very strong at cardio, but tend to lack strength in weights. That was my concern with this program. When I lift free weights myself (curls/shoulders, etc) I tend to use 10 lb. weights. I'm thinking I should start with the 3 pounds. I'll u[date tomorrow
-
Just getting back to it myself. Feel free to add! It's only failure if you quit
-
Thank you! Consider yourself added!
-
Thanks for posting this. I'm SO afraid to open my diary, but I'm going to do it for the accountability. Add away!

Thanks so much for your response and words of encouragement. I will add you!
