i'm not shocked by it, but peanut butter calories make me a little sad :laugh:50

peanut butter by a country mile8

Tortillas31

Coffee creamer (especially for the amount I used to use!).16

Ribs.
Why are ribs so much higher in calories than regular pork?11 -

Not shocked, because most things seem pretty predictable based on ingredients, but nuts and nutbutter, any nut-based granolas (there's this paleo granola I love -- I'm not paleo, but it's tasty -- and I could eat 1000 calories of it easy). Also naan, sigh.8

Bbq and pasta sauce. Also the sodium count is ridiculous.8

Chia seeds12
-
Ketchup. One little packet is 20 calories.5

One banana. 100 calories. When my daily allowance is 1200, that is painful...33

I ate a banana yesterday that was 140 calories.
Tortillas, I switched tortillas for bread years ago because "wraps are better for dieting and bread is bad" then found out that the tortillas were 20 cals higher than the bread
Milk, I didn't think milk would be 120 calories9 -
Mayo Pretty sad situation. Had to swich to a lighter variety.6

Costco poutine has something like 1300. I used to eat that as a SNACK when I went. No wonder I had such a "bad metabolism" lol46
-
Cheesecake 300-400kcal for a tiny piece! Not worth it.12
-
Chick-Fil-A sauces are very high in calories for such a little packet!11
-
I remember weighing a "large" potato. Holy cow. I don't know how anyone would call that tiny potato large.10

Tortilla wraps. I never gave it much thought until I compared them and bread; I always thought that wraps were a lower calorie option but they aren't really!6

Any and all hamburgers from restaurants, especially sit-in restaurants. Each burger is at least 800+ calories, with top burgers reaching the 1200 range. With appetizers, a side of fries, and dessert, you've eaten enough for two (possibly three) days. I would only ever be able to fit in a fourth of everything into a day unless I bank calories before and/or cut back after.15
