I don't go there much but when I do I'll order the Egg White Delight, yogurt parfaits, Grilled chicken sandwich no cheese and occasionally a grilled chicken snack wrap no cheese extra lettuce with a side of hot mustard sauce...those fries are hard to resist but I'm at a point I can eat a few of my kids and feel content..lol

I changed my setting to sedentary as well(I work from home and sit at a desk most of the day) and have found that this setting has worked great for me.
