my favorite is sugar snap peas. You can buy a bag of them near the bagged lettuce in the produce dept. Ready to eat. Yummy, easy, and half a bag is only 80 calories :)

I usually just cut chicken breasts into strips or small pieces, sprinkle with lawrys season salt and cook on the george foreman grill for a couple min. on each side. super easy and yummy. Just watch them, they cook fast and if you over cook them, its like chewing on rubber. Dip in some BBQ sauce if its not enough flavor.

Thank you all so much for your help :) I did go to a running store last year and got good running shoes. The guy had me try on several pair and had me run on the treadmill to watch how I was running. I also tried running on my Sole treadmill to see if that would help, it was just as painful. I just started taking the joint…

Don't go by the scale....I am trying to lose 10 pounds, and I have about the same amount of time in as you. I went down 3 right away, then gained one back and now i am stuck at the down 2 pound mark. BUT.......My pants fit better, I feel stronger. I feel less bloated and gross. My back fat love handles are almost gone…

I don't think I did too awefully bad. I made a ham, deviled eggs with light miracle whip and macaroni salad with the smart taste elbow macaroni. Between Saturday evening and yesterday I had this meal about 3 times.....but not too large of portions. Went for a nice hike on saturday, so i am not feeling too gross today :)
