I love Wasa bread light rye crackers. Good with guacamole, salsa, Greek yogurt. Only 30 cal per sheet.

I've wondered about this too. I wasn't sure if people are welcomed who are not obese.

Simply fantastic! Really needed this today. Thanks for the inspiration. Your family must be so proud!

Thank you for clarifying this. I'm new here and didn't realize how quickly the threads get feisty, even when not advocating something unhealthy. I thought it might be fun to post a bit about my own experience. The boards have provided me with much inspiration. When you find something that changes your life, you're excited…

My daughter went on a no soda challenge for a year. The deal was I had to pay her $100 if she made it the full year. She's almost there. I'm pretty proud of her for sticking to her goal. I think I got off cheap because she's saved me so much $$ by ordering water at places instead of soda.

Sugar was always my best buddy. It would have been okay if I was active, but I'm sedentary with the exception of nightly walks & weekend bike rides. I noticed milk was a trigger for me when it came to going hog wild on bread & sweets. Once I dropped fluid milk, I stopped stuffing my face all the time. Tomatoes avocados &…

I try to stick to 50g carb & about 20g sugar from my veggies & pumpkin seeds. Wanted to do something I could stick with for life. I'm dropping weight fast. I got really dizzy on my long bike rides this weekend. I may have to eat more carbs to function better on days I have long workouts. Adjusting & figuring out how to…

Mmmmm. Love tomatoes. They taste so sweet now that I rarely have anything with added sugar. Never would have guessed green was highest in sugar. Thanks for the tip!

I feel like sugar really is the culprit for most women. Our hormones go bonkers & we crave it. We get overweight, insulin resistant, depressed, and miserable! Once you are free from those constant cravings, it's like being reborn! My celery tastes sweet! Never been happier. Feels like I am finally eating to fuel my body. I…

I always want a scoop of Thrifty's ice cream, but it's about a three miles away. I tell myself I can have it if I walk there to get it!

I use hummus, Greek yogurt, or olive oil. I like mayo, but I decided it wasn't helping me reach my goals, so chose to substitute with other yummy choices

I struggle to get enough lean protein, so I mix whey protein from Costco with water once a day. It's usually my dinner. So quick & easy, I love it!

Higher ratio of mono to polyunsaturated is supposed to help improve your HDL (good) cholesterol levels

Getting less than 20g sugar/ day usually gets the scale moving

Milk makes me crave everything. Cereal, bread, crackers, baked goods. Learning to let it go by using unsweetened almond milk.

I so want to reach a normal BMI. I do so well when I use this app. I get frustrated when life gets busy & I don't get to log. Then I get lazy & stop logging all together. Really need to make this my priority. I got down to 163 last summer, less than 10lbs from my healthy BMI goal. Then I let it all go when the kids went…

Going backpacking & cycling this summer with less weight to haul around!

I've tried keeping a bag of chocolate chips in the freezer, but I have no willpower. When TOM comes around, no sweets or bread will go uneaten. So embarrassing, like some evil creature takes over!

Milk triggers my cravings for cereal, baked goods, and all the things my flabby body doesn't need right now. Unsweetened almond milk is a life saver for me. I mix it with protein powder, put it in coffee, or just have a glass when I feel munchy at night. For 30 calories & almost no sugar, you can't go wrong!

I want one so bad. Do you need a smart phone for it to work or is an iPad good enough?

Love it with pb2 peanut butter powder

Because it's gotten so much easier!

Spaghetti squash is the best! I used to hate making it because I struggled to cut in in half. Then my mother in law taught me the easy way to cook it. Just pierce it through several times with metal skewers and bake it whole. Usually about an hour and 20 min, rolling it over halfway thru does the trick. Top it with a…

Pop-Tarts, milk, cereal, peanut butter. Basically anything YUMMY!
