200 for two people mostly because I eat a lot of seafood.

i ride a bike about 8 to 10 miles four times a week. I try and keep the pace at 15 mph. The bike is a 21 gear type and I never change gears. I wear a fat belt and this type of exercise really seems to work for me.

No fast food for me, it also makes me feel "funny" after I eat it. I do have cravings from time to time and when I do actually get a burger from MD, I not only can't eat it but its just really nasty.....

Feel free to add me, I've been doing this for a number of months and just now getting this site figured out. I travel for a living so its a challenge to stay at my ideal weight. i recently got a Fitbit, and that has really help keep me aware of what I was doing on a daily basis.
