Hey....I knew I had to be your buddy when I saw the HEY Y'ALL! I'm from Mississippi. I am on Week 2 Day 1 of Couch to 5 K and have been using myfitness pal for about a month.....LOVING it!!! Add me as a friend if you want to!!! I am also doing Turbo Fire! It is really fun....great music!

somebody told me the other day that most diets fail on week 3 because we see progress for the 1st two weeks and our bodies are just figuring out what is happpening.....He told me to just hang on and the weight will come off. It has to....it is science!

I am in the same boat....I have been eating 1200 calories a day and exercising and the scale just won't move as much as i think it should!! But, I can feel my arms and legs getting stronger. Maybe, I am losing inches too!!! Feel free to add me as a buddy for encouragement!!!

I used to pop in walking DVDs and my kids would join in....that was fun! Now, I just try to do Couch to 5K 30 minutes a day....hopefully, i can build up so I can exercise in a shorter amt of time. I also do Turbo Fire and LOVE that!

Weight Watchers has some REALLY yummy ice cream bars and treats. The best sweet treats are grapes, oranges and other fruits! I believe you have to break the bad habits and eat fruits and your body will start craving healthier foods! That is what I am trying to do!!!
