Carrie, for the record we were exercising at 4:15 in the morning.....So, I love MEREME but not 4:15....It is true, I burned out! Eat what you like....it doesn't have to be a traditional breakfast food. Eat a slice of pizza and a piece of fruit. Left overs always are good to me!

I just try to avoid carbs as much as possible.....It seems to me the more carbs I eat the more I want! Vicious cycle!!!

Ch. 7....When I read "I'm Not Defined By Numbers" it made me realize that I was having good days and bad days due to what the scale was reading or by what clothes weren't fitting any more.
