I did everything for Tuesday 9-06-11. My calorie goal is 1300....I ate 1400 but burned about 600 calories. I did weigh today....woo hoo! Hopefully, i will keep it off for the official weigh-in!

i have been very curious about this too....I'm gonna stay tuned! I eat about 1,300 a day and am burning 600 but I'm not hungry.....should i force myself to eat something??????? I surely don't want to gain weight after working so hard!!!! SOMEBODY let me know!

What exactly am I supposed to do after I have completed the challenges? I did the swimming exercise with weights and jogged a mile today (extra)....Didn't even know I could still jog one!!!
