What are YOU planning to do by the end of 2011???

January 1, 2012 - many will be "starting a diet" as a part of their New Years' Resolution. By that time, I will be well adjusted in my new way of living that is NOT a "diet" by definition!
I plan to have completed the C210k program as well as the full 20 week Turbofire plan. Total weightloss at that time should be somewhere around 50 pounds (over half way to GOAL!) and I shouldn't feel guilty over the holidays - I can have it all this year as I always have - JUST in moderation!
How about you? What are your goals to round out this year and get a jumpstart on 2012?
Let's set some goals and follow up at the end of the year to see how we've done! Make a goal and STICK IT OUT!

My goals before the year is out is to be near my mini goal of 160, be able to run at least 1hr w/o stopping and finish the 30DS.0

if I can lose 12kg I would hope to be in a size 14uk
and I KNOW I have a fantastic dress I will be able to wear over the holiday period

well, I know what I WON'T be doing........I won't be losing any weight!!!
I will have HIT my end goal by then!!!!!!!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And, for the first time in my life, I won't feel like I've lied to myself w/ the promises I've made FOR YEARS
So, that makes me more confident to consider some new goals.....

Like this year I will continue to improve on ME. Do things for me for a change. I am a mom who does everything for my boys and family and it has taken a toll of me. I came here not because I was FAT but due to me trying to learn what is healthy.0

My goal is to loose the last 30lbs of my 84 and be at my goal weight of 130 by Jan 1st. My new years resolution will be to maintain my lifestyle and join the military by then.0

By the end of the new year I will be at - 88 lbs. That will be an 8 lb loss per month (24 total). It will take me to a weight that i have not seen in 10 years. I know we are going to make it. I feel so good about my losses this year (-64) to date.
Also, In mid dec, i will be finished with p90x and that will be a relief! LOL.
I think that in terms of sizes I will be a 16/18 in US which will be 5 dress sizes lost this year! (i have lost four dress sizes and it better be a very mild winter because (melodramatic pause) I have nothing to wear !0 -
I plan to get into a good diet and fitness routine with the help of mfp making it a lifestyle change and see 180 on 12/31/2012.
Currently I weigh 190.6lbs.0 -
My goals ....
1. To take lots of Christmas picures and not hide from the cameral!
2. To be down a size and fit into a really cute dress for the holiday season!
3. To be down a total of 35 lbs....Can I do that, Mer?
4. To be able to run a 5K and not be uncomforable! I want to start my new year with a run down the Trace!0 -
I hope to be at my goal weight before New Year's so I hope that 2012 is the year of maintaining for me
I started in August 2010 with over 80lbs to lose so I'm almost there now!!!
I plan to run through the winter both outside an on the treadmill to do a 10K in the spring.0 -
Mine isn't fitness related. I want to find love!!!0
