Day 2 Level 1 of 30 days shred this morning and then I went for a 1.5 mile walk for 40 minutes :)

I put on a lb from eating Chinese at the weekend and that was still no where near as much as I would have had to eat.. I love Chinese food :(

I'm 5'5 and I am 170lbs and want to reach 135lbs by the end of next year :)

I have had it for a while, it gets really tiring! The only thing I don't like is the person you follow and half the time the moves your doing aren't picked up by the sensor quite annoying! But good overall.

I just tried using my 3lb weight on the wii and it was accurate! I already weighed myself so then I did a body test again and it said I had gained 3lbs and that's on carpet so I'm pretty happy with that!

I use my Wii scale on the original wii fit! Used it from the start and I know my scales are wrong as I have been the same weight on it for a year lol.

Hmm.. I've been having really heavy periods for about 4 days everytime I get it. I'm on the pill and have been on it for a number of years because I was so irregular by like 7 months. I use the wii fit and I quite enjoy it. I do running quite a lot during the day on it. There are loads of things to do and I weigh on it everyday and do a full body test and it shows results on how well you are doing. I would recommend one though :)
