5'5 and I try to eat TDEE-20% which is 1700ish.. I try to eat up to that but some days I've had too much and end up with 1400ish. Not lost weight yet but have only done TurboFire for a week but I have loads of energy! :) We shall see

I wish I had that! My TOM starts in 2 hours.. (yes it does have exact timings!) I go so bloated few days before and then goes on the last day (I've gained 2" :noway: ) All the weight goes though (luckily) :smile:

I'm on a Low Gi plan. Strongly advised by my doctor. It has helped me change to wholemeal and I love it! I'm only at the beginning and had some success. Ultimately it has helped me choose the right food choices and helped my macros too :)

Sure do! Down my thighs to my knees, all over my hips and recently got one just lower than my belly button. They are still purpley/red but oh well I'll deal with it haha.

I'm on Day 2 Level 1. Wow I pushed through yesterday. I have done it before but gave up in Level 2. I was laying on the couch and thought stuff it and got up and turned her on. Needless to say I was screaming at her haha.

Marmite! (bleurgh), sweet potatoes, beer (or just some alcohol in general - I'm now tee-total yay!), bacon, pork.. I'm quite a fussy eater. I want to eat seafood but I have some sort of fear I'm going to eat a bone! (Found 4 bones in 4 seperate pieces of Salmon which were meant to be boneless :( )
