I have a wii fit I really enjoy it. I also have zumba and I want to get My Fitness Coach! My OH has a kinect and you need a lot of room for it to track you. It is so awkward and you always have to re-align yourself but I would get it if I had the money! :)

I log every saturday night as best as I can because I'm over at my boyfriend's house and every saturday there is a takeaway but I have been doing well cutting down the portions! However he is taking me out for dinner at one of our favourite places before I go to university next month so I think that will be my "cheat meal"…

No you have had 1970 calories to eat you burn 200 calories in exercising (1970-200) so.. NET=1770 therefore you need to eat back (or get as close to) 1970 because you have burned off some of your calories.

Yay! A thread for us! I have only been doing it for a month and haven't seen much of a difference but I have lost 6lbs! Will be keeping an eye out on this thread and hopefully post when I see a difference! :)
