Yes I love it! I've done 8 weeks before and really lost some lbs & inches. Put on some good music and you are good to go. I follow the calendar that comes with the DVD set. I just started them again and I'm on my 2nd week. I really like how her workouts target things women have problems with (I.e. waist, arms, butt & legs)
