Same issue here. I'm sticking to the types of food I'm targeting, but the cravings for sweets and bingeing especially at dinner time is happening every day.

Seems to happen for new foods for me. So I've just gone back to a day when logged a food I want to add currently, then copy/paste to the "add" for the current day. The food diary is an excellent tool to develop awareness of our nutritional goals and daily intake. Pay attention to the totals for your daily food, and use them to modify your intake.
