did you have a lot of sodium this past week? that could account for the gain. Or did you eat a lot of fast food?? I would go over what you have eaten and see if you can make some changes there.

mine is pizza...i could eat that for breakfast lunch and dinner all in the same day!!!

I cut it in half scrap out the seeds poke holes in it. Turn it cut side down on a paper towel and cook it in the microwave starting off at 5 mins and test from there depending on the size it can take up to 10 mins to cook...

Most challenging for me is exercise I hate it but I have started walking. Emotional eating is another bad one.. And then just being bored... And I love this sight also..Everyone is so positive and helpful!!!

I say regroup...Eat smart the rest of the day and don't stress...whats done is done but you can change what isn't done...:smile:

This sight is so full of information. I have been doing Weight Watchers and never thought about what I should really be eating or doing or why I just count points. Well this point counting is not working for me. I guess I need to get educated on what works and why and how!!!! Thanks for all the great info...
