Great work everyone! :laugh: :wink: :smile: I'm down 8 lbs since I started this challenge. 12-14 lbs to go - to my goal weight. Daily cardio & on the elliptical for 35 minutes. I go to the gym on my lunch break.

Lost 7 lbs so far. I seem to be at a bit of a plateau (last 3 days) despite a lot of exercise and 1050 or less cal. a day. Any tips? Burned off 435 cal. from exercise yesterday. Walked 3 hours - at a local outdoor festival today. CW 143.3
