  • sounds like you're doing an awful lot of exercise to only see 1lb / week. What are your eating habits?
  • go out and do something fun, goto the beach and swim. Take the kids to the zoo (lots of walking). I find I have to get out of the house and do other things besides exercising in a gym.
  • i have the fitbit, i don't use the sleep monitor though, a little too much of a hassle. I also got their wifi/digital scale, which is great for keeping track of your progress online. It uploads the data automatically.
  • first off, congrats on lossing 50 lbs. I am just starting out and hope to be able to make the same claim in 6 months time. my wife and I suffer from the same sort of problems at night. we try to walk at least 30 minutes about 4 days/week.   • I have started walking for 30 minutes / day (about 4 days week). I just started so I havent' seen any results yet, but my company has an onsite training room with treadmills, so I figure why not start. I don't have to change or hassle with extra clothing (at least for now).
