I think maybe a better term that would give you less internal turmoil would be Body Positive. Having a positive self-image no matter what body you're in and striving to make it the best you are comfortable with

I log it all. You'd be shocked at what has 5 cals in your spices. Granted it's only 5 little calories, but if you've got 3 of them at that rate, that's an extra 15 cals you didn't account for. Do that for three meals and all of a sudden you've got a tasty fruit snack's worth of calories you didn't expect.

Baths are gross. I only take them AFTER a shower to relax about once or twice a year. I want to wash my dirt down the drain, not to sit and be stewing in it. It's just a quirk.
