Thanks, I think I will go back to the calorie count I used to be on and see how I get on for a bit, maybe getting started again won't be so daunting.

i had to recalculate my calories manually, and it helped me out of my plateau! TBH i didn't know it was supposed to do it for me, I just figured the reason i wasn't losing anymore weight was because i was having too many calories.
