I use 1tbsp peanut butter, chillipowder and 200ml chicken stock and simmer to make a tasty sauce and put that over my chicken, rice and veg mmm

My goal is 1400 but I seem to be landing on 1200: breakfast is a kale and banana smoothie, lunch is salad or sandwich, dinner is roast chicken with veg and potatoes with fruit/yogurt as snacks

Definitely, on an average day I have 4 litres of water. If I have say 2 litres I notice it in my skin mainly, I look drained and tired, feeling fatigue and generally *kitten*

I had issues with binge eating half way through my journey and it pops back occasionally (now).
