Yeah I lost 30lbs doing that, I'm more active now and could not really cope on that much food but it's a good starting point I guess

I was going vegan but have changed it up to go gradually as I got strong cravings and stomach aches and gas, so far I am dairy free :)

5'4, started at 164lbs and currently 133lbs, goal weight is when I have a six pack ;)

Not quite sure what you mean. If it is calories remaining then 0!

Chocolate. It is my weakness if I'm tired, stressed or just damn hungry

I hardly look at mens butts, only my boyfriend and even then I still look at womens butts more..
-
I can sort of see why but I would just be worried about squishing my toes with a weight.
-
Although I would say, whatever your reasons are for becoming vegan, surely they are strong enough to guide them onto your son? Not forcefully, but let him try it with you and win win
-
I recently decided I wanted to go vegan too. Tried cold turkey (lol) but my cravings were strong as were my stomach aches, so now I am eliminiting some foods each month, now onto my first month completely dairy free :) Although still eating meat and fish

Personally, I don't agree with it. There is an age minimum on most gyms for a reason. I think young teens should focus on themselves, self confidence, friends and hobbies and being as healthy as they can with this. Sometimes the relationship in your mind with the gym and exercise can go a bit skewiff, especially if you…

I agree, I used to struggle with binge eating so I took some time out to not count calories and focus on healthy. I find if I restrict myself too much I will fall back into it, so trying to find a happy medium to change my body but not mentally change my relationship with food

I have never gone to the gym with someone. Figured it all out by myself. I understand what you been about not having someone there, you will still be able to go up weights, I just find that I probably do so a little slower than if I was with someone else. Also who cares about hogging a rack! You are using it for a purpose!
-
Bookworm here! How else do you cope with the world out there?
-
Go lighter on the weights, otherwise you will be so sore after you won't be able to keep up and get stronger
-
They taste okay. But they are hard not to eat. And they are on sale 54p a packet. GAHH
-
Lift loads of weights! Yay!
-
Also, if you are eating cheese - I would make sure you always measure it as it is very calorific and easy to guestimate very wrong (I am very guilty of not doing that!)
-
I would say zero dairy. But if you are going to have any go full fat. It's the real *kitten*, nothing hidden in there

I jist ate 5 oreos amd had six donuts the other day

I don't usually do shoulders or if I do it isn't very intense. I've not yet figured out what the issue is but I get a twinge near my shoulder blade when I do
-
I am 5"4, bit taller but still I find being small makes it so much trickier because you do have to be a lot stricter, especially the last 10lbs that I'm on :(
-
I would love to reach mine too. Good luck with yours, although I expect it would slow down dramatically nearer you get :(
-
21 year old 1st year student :) I've been into this for a few years but it has taken me like a whole semester to figure out how to work it around uni.. it's not easy :( Add me! Would love to have people in the same situation

I don't know them but I see them all the time at University. Tbh big or small I don't get it. It's freezing cold over here, and I just find it rather off putting to be seeing someones stomach all the time.
