What the number in remaining should be? If my goal is 1200

Not quite sure what you mean. If it is calories remaining then 0!0

It should be zero. You should try to get as close to your goal as possible. If you are at 1200 it is even more important not to be under your goal. If you exercise then you will be given additional calories. If you eat back half of those (which you should) then you would want your remaining number to be about half of what your exercise calories are. If you eat back half and are losing weight quicker than expected then eat back more exercise calories.0
