I'm 5'9 and aimed for 140, I am now 139! But happy enough sticking around 140 pounds which is 10 stone so a pretty good weight for my height and structure I think, I wouldn't want to go much lower than that. I want my curves to stay intact hehe! :blushing:

Here is my latest photo, I started watching what I was eating at the start of March and have went from 157lbs to 142 loosing 15lbs in the progress which I'm really happy with! I am really enjoying logging and seeing the changes as well as dropping a jean size from a UK size 14 to a size 12!

I'm 5'9 and down to 143lbs now I wouldn't want to go any lower than 140lbs though I don't think. I am happy at this weight so want to continue to maintain it :smile:.

I'm pretty happy with my weight at the moment so I am kind of eating maintenance at 1629 calories compared to the 1200 I ate before. I have not gained anything on my current calories but if I loose any more I may make a slight increase as baggy jeans are not fun! Feel free to add me if you like my diary is open!

I am not really a snacker however I think you should consider what you are snacking on, if I do find I want something in-between meals it is usually fruit or vegetables like frozen peas which are a lot healthier than other icy treats. I just make sure anything I eat fits in with my calories and relatively healthy but…

Here is my progress since the start of March until now, I am finally noticing some changes and have went from 157lbs to 143lbs so I am really pleased. Everyone has made such awesome progress, well done all of you!

I don't have a cheat day, if I would like something special such as a Chinese take-away I will make sure to plan ahead and make sure I can work it into my calorie allowance. I am not on a diet as such though as I am still eating anything I want but in moderation which makes all the difference.

I wouldn't pay much attention to sugar amounts if it is good sugars you are eating such as fruit :flowerforyou:, its the sugars that are in cookies and deserts that you need to watch out for!

I have a massive fear of slugs! Cannot stand the sight of them or being near them which means I refuse to go out of the back door after dark as a whole army of the little buggers seem to come out! Here is my progress between the 4th and the 18th of this month. On the 4th I weighed 11 stone 3 pounds and today I weigh 10 stone 6 so I'm really chuffed even though you can't really see much difference by the photos!
