@doodlebug32 Definitely a strong argument for taking pics because Round 2 I didn't lose many inches (barely over 1 inch) but I do see a difference in the pictures and today I noticed that another pair of my yoga pants are getting loose. At this rate, I'll be doing 21DF naked!

@michellemybelll I keep a towel handy but I'm dripping sweat faster than I can wipe it off (and PiYo doesn't have a lot of space for grabbing a towel). I may have to invest in some sweatbands or something. My yoga mat and towel can't keep up with PiYo Sweat and/or Drench!

I have exactly the opposite problem. Last round of 21DF, I lost lbs (nearly 10) but not inches (total a mere 1.25) and it worried me because with that much weight loss, I should have lost inches. And if I am not losing inches, then how much of the was merely water weight? I don't know. Sure enough, the scale is moving up…

And I disliked Pilates Fix? Now I enjoy it! Well, not the side part with the legs but, you know, I get through it in one piece in spite of myself. I did Lower Body Fix today with the heavier weights and PiYo Core. I am looking at a long list of things I need and want to get done today so forgive me if I'm not as interactive and supportive today. I think I may try to keep a yellow or two for the end of my day so I can have a glass of wine. Or two.

What does your marathon training include? If the emphasis is on cardio then I would suggest following the PiYo Strength calendar to get some strength training. However, if your training already includes both, then the regular schedule would be good. Either schedule builds flexibility and strength. Don't let the first…

Starting Round 3 Today I lost 9.6 lbs my last time through and this time I'm not taking even a day off. I was back at it first thing this morning, doing 21DF along with PiYo. Day 3 So I lost 4 lbs total and I pulled out my notes from last time I did the 3DQF and I did not lose quite that much the first time. In fact, I only lost 2 lbs previously. Since I'm doing 21DF back-to-back for a while, I'll be doing the 3DQF the last three days of each 21 day cycle.

Here are my results for Round 2 Weight 9.6 lbs Inches 3.0 I actually gained just over an inch in my thighs and lost nothing in my waist so the 3 inches is from my arms, chest, and hips.

@michellemybelll I'm SatiaRenee there too. I like to keep things simple. @venuila I am using 3&5 but I'll be bumping it up to 5&8 for my third round. The ideal increase, believe it or not, is a mere 10%. That means you should only go from 5 to 5.5 lbs. Have you ever seen 7.5 weights? Yeah. Neither have I.

I just turned 53 (3 weeks and 1 day ago) and, unless my body decides to surprise me again, this July I'll officially be menopausal. I'm losing weight and dealing with the hot flashes and the rest. Add me if you like.
