Now I feel like I have to calculate EVERYTHING myself. Now that I know how off the calories are on the things I eat everyday, I've been going over like crazy!!

I'm 115lbs. and I eat 1700 calories a day. My workouts are only 4 days a week and only about 30 minutes of moderate weight training. I set my macros to 35% carbs 25% protein and 40% fat.
