Good luck on your weight lose journey. I am by far no expert. and most times I don't know what I am talking about when it comes to this stuff. but 1200 seems low to me considering your weight and height. I am sure that someone else can give you better advice tho.

so very true and to add my two cents...... the caffeine in green tea and the caffeine in coffee is different. the caffeine in coffee gives you that quick buzz and then it goes away leaving you wanting more. while the caffeine in green tea (and especially matcha) is a slower released caffeine over a period of about 8 hours.…

I was coming home from a walk a few years ago and was waiting to cross at some lights. it was at a spot where the 1/2 marathon for the MB Marathon was going by. a woman ran by and I swear she was 80.
