  • I like to log all my foods in the morning including any treat/snack foods so if I'm hungry and want to grab something quickly I know what i can and can't have. It also tends to help me with spacing my food out over the day instead of eating everything I've tracked in one go and being hungry later. Also find it helps when…
  • 189 this morning. Down 5lbs in my first week. Great start for me just hope I keep losing each week. :-)
  • Can't believe it but I managed to stay on target with my calorie intake over the weekend. Tracked everything in our picnic before we left so couldn't eat anything extra. Did avoid all alcohol over the weekend, not just for my calorie intake but am off the cigs nearly 2 months now and don't want to jeopardize that either.…
