I started at 300 and am down to 232. It's taken me a year to lose all that. I still have a lot to lose and am scared about maintaining (when the time finally comes). I really love the encouragement on MFP, so add me as a friend and we'll do this together. :)

I was just in disneyland a couple of weeks ago. The park has done a great job of adding more healthy food choices. You can choose apples over frys at all the resturants. Fruit is everywhere. Hi, I'm pretty new here too. I have lost 9 pounds so far. I LOVE this program. I love that I can look up the foods I eat on my ipod, even when I don't have internet access.
