I am 5'4. I keep going back and forth between 121 and 123 lbs. But I want to weigh 120 lbs. on the dr. 's scale which would be 110-115 lbs. at home. I have older scale and he has a digital. I have been at 800 calories since Nov. and lost from 148lbs. on his scale.

I hate weighing but do so several times a week because I am hoping to move past the 123lb. mark clothed. I write in my journal or do a crossword puzzle. I find going for a walk is soothing too. Anything to remove myself from food-definitely not watching tv. If the cravings still are there I get some flavored water or gum. Sometimes I give in and take a bite or two of what I am craving so it gets out of my system.
