Please don't beat yourself up! You're already doing something right because you're on here seeking help. Very good point! If this is to be a true lifestyle change, we must be honest with ourselves about what we will be able to maintain for the long term. It would be such a waste of time and efforts to greatly restrict calories now, reach goals, and the "celebrate" by eating more again.... Less than 1200 is simply not enough…

I would also highly recommend, "Cook This, Not That!" There are many great, healthy options... A lot of ingredients aren't really required, the meals are simple to make, and everything I've made so far has been delicious! You won't be disappointed!
