  • I drink a lot of coffee and I don't count it as water. That's because I don't track water. I'm lazy. :) Enjoy your coffee and don't sweat the small stuff.
  • I think it also depends which shake a person chooses and what their goals are. It also depends on willpower. Eventually people get tired of only being "allowed" a shake for breakfast and lunch, and IMO shake programs don't help us learn long-term, sustainable eating habits.
