thank you for posting this. I have a desk job and sit for 8 hours a day 5 days a week so this gave me an idea. I also walk on my lunch breaks for 40 minutes so that helps too

Jillian almost murdered me with her 30 day shred. I did 2 days and never did anymore. Right now shes a little too much for me> I have to start out slow and work my way up to that but congrats on your accomplishment thus far

I usually jog in place at home while playing the wii fit or to youtube videos. ive been walking for 30 mins 4 times a week and so far ive lost 5 pounds. so just do what you can. don't force anything and eventually you will b able to do more

if your goal is lets say to eat 1400 calories a day and the foods you listed is all you like to eat then I would say as long as you don't go over those 1400 calories, you should be able to continue to eat those foods but please don't take my word for it. if you don't drink too often then I would say don't worry about the calories. go and have a good time and work it off the rest of the week. plus its not going to make you gain that much weight to where you will get "fat"

I use margarine. has nothing to do with the fat in butter but butter to me seems really salty and I like the way margarine spreads

almonds, apple slices, granola bars....I really don't have many as I am trying to learn what I should and shouldn't eat. I tend to go overboard on the snacks too. one just isn't enough

i don't have an answer either but I have this issue with my stomach. ugh its disgusting and I wish I did have the money for a tummy tuck. I am just starting off on this journey so I hope it gets better soon. I wonder if age plays a factor
