I feel your pain. I have been losing and regaining the same 20 pounds for about the last 12 years. This time though it feels different. I am motivated to use this site and track every day. I like challenging myself to stay within my calories (including eating back my exercise calories) and I'm definitely much more focused…

So glad its not just me! I am the same as a previous poster, if I don't weigh in daily the weight goes on too fast and I end up putting the weight back on that I just lost. Some weeks I put it on over the weekend, lose it effectively during the week only to repeat the cycle again. Sigh. This morning for example I weighed…

I'm still asking myself the same question. I HATE it. Always have. I loved playing competitive sports at school though like hockey where you are running around, but with a purpose, it might be worth trying something like that. However, I am also trying to make myself run now. I got couch to 10K last year and did it a few…

I also hate the side lunge with front raises (or whatever its called) The chest fly is great, and weirdly I quite like jumping jacks, mainly I think because with a previous trainer I…

HI I think the key is finding something you enjoy. Last year I was working in a place 2 hours commute from my house. Thats 2 hours morning and night, 4 hours per day. The cheapest way to get there was by train, and the cheapest way to get to the station was by bike. I cycled 7 miles every day including when it was snowing,…

If you only want to 'dip your toe in' Tesco were selling 2 DVDs for £10 to include Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (which is where I got mine) along with one of those 10 minute work out DVDs. I'm enjoying the 30 day shred one, even though I could barely walk after the 1st day - and that was on the easiest routine... Good luck

I did the first workout on Saturday and can still barely move. Am going to do it again tonight though. Its hard, but as its so short you now you can do it - well done you, very motivational!
