Is it just me, or....
Does anyone else weigh themselves before and after a workout to see the difference? Guilty pleasure, I like to see the difference, especially when I can barely drag myself out of bed, but then can get instant gratification on the scales. Sad, and yes, I KNOW it's only water weight, but I don't care!
