Does anyone else weigh themselves before and after a workout to see the difference?
Guilty pleasure, I like to see the difference, especially when I can barely drag myself out of bed, but then can get instant gratification on the scales.
Sad, and yes, I KNOW it's only water weight, but I don't care!

I don't, mostly because I drink quite a bit of water while I work out, and I wouldn't see a loss.0

I have done that, but because I drink so much water while working out I am usually the same weight. But if it is the summer and I have bootcamp outside then there is sometimes a 3 or 4 pound water weight difference.0

I weigh myself before and after pooping. I dropped a two pounder just the other day!0

I do sometimes. I'm in Florida, so even when I guzzle water, especially in the summer, an outdoor workout can show up to a 3 or 4 pound loss for me!0

No way...I don't even weigh myself every week....every 2 to 3 weeks seems to work for me. No scale addiction here LOL :happy:0
