Straight losing weight = Skeletor The "toned" look is more about muscles. I agree with lifting heavier, don't do a ton of cardio or you'll just lose your muscles. Maintain a higher protein to keep the muscles on as well.

Any chocolate whey protein powder and mix with cold water, really. But I personally like the Musclepharm brand though, because it mixes easy and tastes awesome. The colder the better for me. Still I'd get a shaker cup to mix it.

I like to have a chocolate protein shake if I get hungry at night. Or maybe try multigrain cherios?

Feel free to add me. I respect that you're trying to change and realize that you can't be a hypocrite at your job. Lol. I'll be happy to help!
-
If you're going to help, do it without the attitude. Anyway, eating very low calories makes it more likely that you're going to crave and binge. It's just better to do it at an easier pace.

I used to have it. It actually just recently started going away. It was frustrating when I was doing well on other body parts, but still had "spillage". At times, I just told myself that if I work hard enough, everything will come together. I just have to WANT it bad enough. Good luck though!

You can't enure it. People struggle with it everyday. You have to master your mind first. Only you can make the ultimate decision of how you want to live your life. If you really want to change, start changing the way you think first, then change your environment. Avoiding having tempting foods that you can easily access.

Don't be rude.

Also remember that as your weight drops, you have to make adjustments. Whenever you are working out and you feel like you have a little more energy than usual, use that to work out a bit harder. The results will come.

Hi, Be careful of what you invest in. Some "fat free" things are high in sugar and do the exact opposite of what you would expect. Unfortunately, it's not cheap to lose weight, but if you're used to eating out, then you're actually saving money. I used to buy wheat bread, turkey slices, and cheese. I ate this a lot if I…

26. I'm trying to get leannnnn. Feel free to add! I enjoy the motivation as much as the next. lol.
-
I just had a poptart.
-
You're going to buy a lot of new clothes. Weight loss is expensive!!
-
Agreed. Spreading dat knowledge. Even though it does have tons of preservatives, McDonalds is not the culprit for people gaining weight. It's because people can't control themselves!! If you eat too much "healthy" food, you'll still gain weight if you go over your calories.
-
Your legs look muscular from 2 times a week? what's your secret? lol Anyway, just skip the work outs that focus on just the legs like lunges. You should lose the muscle eventually.
-
Lawl. Ain't nobody got time for that. Anyway, play with your macro split. 40/40/20 maybe. *Slowly up your weight training.
-
Just get back on track. You most likely just have sodium and water retained. You'll be fine. lol.
-
This, but I suggest barbell squats, or go deeper into the squats.
-
Well.... I mean... they won't get bigger if you don't increase your calories, and certainly won't get bigger if most of your workouts are cardio. You seem to be a runner, not a body builder. Have you tried to put on weight, lift heavy and skip cardio sessions?

head... shoulders, knees, and toes. (knees and toes!)

I think that's the whole point. Some people are just looking for some sort of support. But anyway, I'm sorry if that's the card that you've been dealt but you should make the most of your situation. I know a lot of short girls and I'm guilty of poking fun of their height, but it's how you respond that makes the difference.…

I think you're on the right track. I'd put an ab focused session with the cardio days though. Just remember to challenge yourself and increase weights each time, and you should be fine.
-
As long as you don't give up, you haven't lost. Good luck on continuing your journey.
-
Do NOT compare yourself with other people. As long as you are trying to be better than you were yesterday, you are going to get there. But if you think you can do better, for yourself, then push yourself harder. If you were used to eating 4000, I would slowly decrease your caloric intake and increase your workout activity…
-
That sounds like what I went through. If you are eating well, then change your exercise routines. Increase the intensity with more reps and when you're about to give up, do 2 more! Your body needs to be pushed harder to change. Good luck!

Give it another week. If it doesn't work, start to look at what your calories consist of. (Protein, Carbs, Fats, Fiber) It also depends on your goal body type too. But don't judge your progress on strictly numbers.

You need to re-evaluate your surrounding environments. If you're making a lifestyle change, then your life is going to change. If you surround yourself with people who love to drink, party, etc. then that's where you will gravitate towards. If you want to live fit, immerse yourself into the community and you'll start…
