I have a couple higher endurance bras put out by fruit of the loom. they are heavy but give great support but I can't remember of hand what the actual name for them are.

my other half has the tag-a-longs (which are ALL gone BTW). i love the thin mints though and they are well hidden before he eats all of those too (not that I should complain about that).

I have always been told when it comes to "dieting" in general, you have to cheat every now and then to keep yourself going (or at least, feel human). I have Friday as a regular cheat day after I weigh in that morning.
