  • It certainly is do-able... I'm around 275lbs and with much puffing and some swearing I can manage it - ok it's not all 100% but if it is was I wouldn't need to be doing it!! It's damn hard work though!!

  • i don't think i'm goihng to get to do my shred today girls... Brac, my son, is ill and won't let me out of his sight... Thought I might be able to swap with my OH and get 30 mins exercise in but he won't have it... Will try and do it later... Will be very careful with what I eat and stay under the ol calories...

  • Right... Through bleary eyes and in between my son being sick into a bucket I managed to weigh myself... And I've put on since Wednesday (no surprise there)... My starting weight for this challenge is 276.2lbs. (0.8lbs gain) So my goal weight in 12 weeks is 252 lbs... That's a 2lb per week loss... Fingers crossed eh!!

  • Fibre is a good thing so help keep hunger at bay, and obviously water... Make sure you're eating enough - I was on 1200 cals + exercise and I was hungry ALL THE TIME! Then I changed my cal intake to MFP recommendations and I seem to be less hungry now... I have graze boxes delivered and I snack on those... Good luck with…
  • I have avoided indian take aways at all costs but always had the tandoori mixed grill - so VERY interested in what the calories are! Have just googled it and found that most have around 600 cals and the veg curry side around 290 cals... And apparently the spices boost your metabolism!
