Should I up my calorie goal?
Advice please you special peeps! I'm currently on 1200 cals a day and constantly hungry... Should I up my cals to 1400 for a week and see how I go? I'm losing about 2lbs a week at the moment (probably not this week as TOM is here) and I'm usually under my goal but I just seem to be so hungry!
