The Biggest Loser Wii game

Hello!

I started a 4 week programme on beginner 2 days ago and I'm so glad I did! It pushes me much harder than other games I've tried on the wii, I really work up a sweat and today burned 319 (HRM accurate) doing my routine...

Does anyone else use this game? x

    not yet, but your post has given me incentive to go out and get it. Sounds like a pretty good workout.

    Yes! I love it too! It's my favourite wii game.

    I sweat more at home doing this than in my gym routine. I do need to get a hrm though. Do you burn more or less when you check your hrm?

    I don't think Im holding the remote properly though when doing the skipping, it never seems to register it, but hey, whilst I'm actually doing it, I don't really care if it registers it. I've bought a riser for my wii board too whilst I'm doing wii fit plus, it makes the board less sensitive though as well. Like I say though, as long as I'm doing the exercise.

  • i do the circuits!! hard work but very achievable as its such short bursts of each activity

    I cant seem to get into it :( there are too many breaks and pauses IMO (maybe because i am used to jillians 30 day shred)

    I used it for a month, religiously, lost about 11 lbs.... I loved it! Now, I've gotten kind of bored with it, so I haven't turned it on all week, been doing other stuff...

    I haven't tried my 30ds yet - got too many other things on the go this month!

    I do find it doesn't always register my movements accurately but like someone else said - I'm definitely moving!

    With regards to my HRM I find it differs - on some things I find I've burned less and on others more - like walking...

    But I ALWAYS burn more on my HRM with the biggest loser game! Today the game said I'd burned just 61 calories!!!!
