I'll be having a little look at the scale tomorrow morning as it's my weigh in on another looooooooooooooong challenge (to lose 60lb by Halloween) so I'm hoping to see me under that 280lbs!!! Will see what the official weight is on Wednesday though! Will I have hit my goal early?!

I always log the figures on my HRM.... Though I don't have EA 2 yet (OH ordered it on the wrong format!) I think I will still continue to record my HRM figures....

Better to make it yourself than buy the shop bought kind I think... Yeah I did have a sneaky peak before my batteries died on the scales and I was up 1lb I think.... Hope I've maybe done enough in these 2 days to claw some of it back... We shall see tomorrow!
