I'm going to put down my weight from Monday so I don't weigh twice too quickly! so I'm now 290.8 Bit of a crap loss this week but I've been struggling to eat back my exercise calories so I've dropped my cal intake down to 1200 this week in prep for the mini challenge of having to burn 500 cals a day!

I think it is water retention around TOTM... you ladies are great! Bring on tomorrow! And don't forget your weigh ins! Does anyone know how to do a chart or something for the weigh in? I don't want to tread on Texas's toes or anything but she hasn't replied to any posts or owt and it would be a shame if all our work was for nothing after the second week!

I'm not sure where Texas has got to - hope everything is ok with her.... Shall we sick with our original teams that we were put into and start the challenge tomorrow? so by next wenesday 16th Feb the challenge is for teams to burn 7000 calories between them - 3500 calories each... All who are up for it say Yeah!

Is it too late for another? It's not only my daughter's 2nd birthday on the 31st but I'm going on holiday to Tenerife the week before so was looking to lose about 2lbs a week until then which would be roughly 60lbs... I fell off the wagon massively the first weekend into mfp... Went out with friends and drank far too much with culminated in a steak burger and (possibly) chips at the end of the night - threw my 12lb weight loss for the week back to 7lbs... But hey - next day - plenty of water and healthy food and i lost another 3.8 last…

My ~EA active gets me to workout 2 days then have a rest day, and on that rest day I tend to do either something on the wii like rhythm boxing or yesterday I did a work out DVD... So I do try and exercise everyday - if only so I can have a light supper in the evening!

I got a polar F4 pre-loved on ebay... IT's awesome - does calories lost, how long you were in the zone etc... Wouldn't be without it now!

There was a challenge on another threads about burning 3500 calories in a week? Then it'd be a competition AND beneficial to our weight loss efforts?

wow thank you all so much for replying! I'm just going to have to see how it goes I guess! And surgery will always be an option if it's really bad I would suppose... Just keep on keeping on - and drinking water.. Will also have a look at the body brushing - thank you shinkinmel... Like has been said - best to be healthy…
