Update... 1 - x 50 crunches per day = 350 2 - litres of water a day 3 - hours at the gym - 2 hour classes and 1 hour gym session 4 - 30 Day Shred sessions Monday - 50 crunches, 49 minutes at the gym, 2 litres of water. Tuesday - 100 crunches, 1 30ds session, 2 litres of water Wednesday - kettlehell, 50 crunches, 24 minutes…

Thanks for all the measurements etc.... And for being brave and posting photos... I measured under the bust where the bra strap goes - it's up to you if you want to change it - you don't have to as long as you measure in the same place at the end of the 10 weeks x

Did my 50 crunches at the gym this morning - didn't quite do an hour though but am going again tomorrow at some point... Won't have a chance to do the evil cow today as have a spanish class this evening... And am half way to drinking my 2 litres of water... So far so good!

I once dropped about 9lbs overnight! I was amazed... Logged it and the next week over half of it was back on :sad: I'd suggest giving it a couple of days and seeing what happens... Though it's not unheard of to drop that amount after TOM... My gym instructor says she can fluctuate by up to 7lbs before, during and after her…
