  • I have a stash of snacks in my desk. High protien/low sugar "Sweet and Salty" granola bars. Instant Oat Meal that I can make with hot water, or put in the microwave. I also have small yogurt containers in the fridge at work, I take a few at a time each week so they are there when I need them, other wise I forget to take…
  • That is a GREAT question, I often have the same problem :( . I know that foods high in protein will keep the hunger away longer, but other than peanut butter I haven't really found any other good foods. Does anyone have useful ideas?
