I've just started 30DS (day 4 level 1) and quickly swapped from my usual 5kg to 2kg. Still kills but slightly more manageable now!

Hi, I bought the second DVD from Kettlercise Just for Women (I did have the first one too) and although its still got that low budget feel the quick workout now has a warm up / cool down. They are the only DVDs I've tried and I really like them as the moves are clearly explained and well 6 weeks in and I have less wobbly…
