Realistically it is very difficult to over train. Your body is very adaptive. Pushing weights for a couple hours every day isn't going to do this.

OP I have a torn medial tear of my meniscus due to years of sports and running. Currently was losing at 1.5 LBS to 2 LBS per week has slowed down a bit over the last couple weeks to .5-1 pound per week and yes I am using a food scale. I weigh all meats before cooking as well.
