Don't have tempting food in your house! I have absolutely no self control. I will quickly shove that cupcake in my mouth before I can tell myself no. Just get rid of it!!! Have ONE "treat". I've also been crawling recently. Need to get motivated again. I want to lost 10 lbs in 10 weeks - (also part of a school project for breaking habits and making a change - I've committed to eating better and working out 3x a week - and the project is due in 10 weeks!).
