  • Love Insanity! I've done the same with the three days P90X strength training and three days for cardio with Insanity. Although I find some of the full body Insanity routines hard to keep up with in addition to the P90X......almost to the point of overtraining.
  • I find Reebok brands are cheap and reliable. I owned one for a year before I got my more expensive Garmin GPS model... I would stray away from the Walmart branded versions...they're crap.
  • Yes, make sure you're eating enough post-workout to recover. Protein with enough branch chained amino acids (BCAA's).
